· 2/3 cup coconut milk, oat milk, or plain yogurt
· 1/2 cup 100% pure fruit juice ** we like pomegranate or pineapple
· 1 1/2 cups (6 1/2 ounces) fresh or frozen fruit, such as blueberries, cherries, raspberries, pineapple, kiwi, banana, peaches
· **If using fresh fruits instead of frozen add 3-4 ice cubes
· 2 tablespoons super seeds (get your Omega 3’s) (can be purchased at Amazon or local grocery stores)
· For a protein boost add 1 scoop protein powder of your desired flavor
¾ cup coconut milk, oat milk, or plain yogurt, 4 ice cubes, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder and ½ cup frozen cherries. Sweeten with 1 teaspoon of allulose, (sugar replacement sweetener)
